By train:
A train station is located in the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve. From Brussels, there are direct trains, but these stop at many stations. An alternative is to take a rapid train to Ottignies (on the Brussels-Ottignies-Namur-Luxembourg train line) and change to take a train to Louvain-la-Neuve. Ottignies is approximately 5km from Louvain-la-Neuve. The journey of both trains takes approximately 1 hour, and there are usually at least 2 trains each hour. Timetables are available on the web site of the SNCB, or on the SNCB phone app (https://www.belgiantrain.be/en). The train station is located at the Place de l'Université. If you take the street between Exki and BNP Paribas Fortis, it will lead you to the Grand-Place.
By car:
Take the E411 motorway, either in the direction from Brussels to Namur or Namur to Brussels. Take the exit marked 8a "Louvain-la-Neuve" and follow the exit to the roundabout on the National 4 road. Go straight across, following signs for Louvain-la-Neuve. Follow signs for the Grand-Place car park (situated under-ground). When you exit this car park, it leads you to the Grand Place.
In Louvain-la-Neuve:
From the Grand-Place, go to Place Cardinal Mercier. Take the route to the right side of the library (the building with a clock). On Place Cardinal Mercier, enter the building through the right most door with the label ‘Socrates’. Just inside the entrance, there is a reception, and a lift. Go to floor 3. The offices for the Psy-NAPS group are in the area of C311.
