The Psy-NAPS Group
The Psy-NAPS group is coordinated by Martin Edwards. It is based at the Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium, in the Psychological Sciences Research Institute and the Institute of Neuroscience.
Our research has three main objectives:
To measure and further understand the neural processes underlying perception, attention and action behaviour (this is represented in the above picture created by Microsoft Copilot in 2026).
Based on the fundamental research of brain-behaviour relations, to develop perception, attention and action diagnosis measures and neurorehabilitation exercises using new technology.
On the basis of the above objectives, to fundamentally better understand individuals with neurological profiles (e.g., brain damage / developmental profiles).
